Stracart allows buyers and sellers to chat directly with each other through WhatsApp, Stracart chat, Facebook, and Instagram.
This feature is designed to make buying and selling faster, easier, and more transparent. Users can discuss pricing, ask questions, negotiate, and build trust before completing any transaction.
Stracart does not control these conversations. All agreements, payments, and transactions made through these channels are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Users are advised to communicate clearly and verify details before making any payment.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stracart, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Stracart.
3. Using Stracart
Stracart is open to everyone. You can create an account and start posting products for free.
However, to upload more products and unlock additional features designed to help you grow faster, you may choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Our goal is to give every user a strong starting point for free, while also providing powerful tools for those who want to scale their business.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details.
All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility. Stracart is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
5. User Content and Product Listings
You retain ownership of the products, images, and content you post on Stracart.
By posting products, you grant Stracart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, promote, and distribute your content on the platform for operational and marketing purposes.
6. Product Moderation & Removal
Stracart reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any product or content that:
- Violates any laws or platform rules
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
- Is offensive or inappropriate
- Infringes on the rights of others
We may also suspend or remove accounts involved in such activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stracart is a user-driven platform. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of products posted by users.
All transactions are carried out at your own risk. Stracart is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from interactions or transactions between users.
8. Disputes Between Users
Stracart is not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers and does not act as a mediator.
However, we reserve the right to take action, including suspending accounts, if users are found engaging in fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior.
9. Disclaimer
All services on Stracart are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Stracart, excluding user-generated content, including logos, design, and platform features, are owned or licensed by Stracart.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without permission.
